Getting to Know Amelia…

Thank you for being here. Now that you are, let me tell you a little about myself. I’m a Mexican-born, Puerto Rican-raised teacher, biologist, poet, and writer. I am the proud mother of two amazing human beings and four brand new souls in this world that I call my grandkids. Besides being the matriarch of this brood, I love mountain biking, knitting, quilting, and chilling in my corner of the world in Eastern Oregon with family, friends, and nature.
